Bring 12000cc of water to a boil(100°C).


Put 1000g of pudding powder and 1000g of granulated sugar into the pot, stirring constantly.


Count down for 1-2mins.


Turn the heat off and pour pudding into a plastic food container.

Scrape the bubble from the surface.


Refrigerate 4°C after the pudding are chilled.
